Old Moses Hughes Home
Moses Hughes was an early settler in Southern Rockfish Valley. The house is at the end of Moses Hughes Lane in Beech Grove. There was an old cabin on the site that recently burned.

Robert Lee Fitzgerald was a talented craftsman, he with the help of his sons, Moses and Berry, built the home on the North Fork of Tye River circa 1900.
